Stella created this installation from a simple ‘leaf’ shapes. They start flat at the top of the drops and gradually develop into 3D forms at the bottom. Stella was consulted on the interior colour scheme and the four colours, representing the two surgeries, hospital services and the NHS were integrated into the artwork by flowing through to end in green on one side, yellow on the other indicating corridors leading to the two surgeries. A series of practical community workshops were carried out to explore and develop ideas for the artwork in the health centre.
