Materials: Bespoke fabricated plastic sheet and aluminium paneling

This fun, colourful artwork was based upon an initial rainbow theme developed by students from Oldham College. The arch extending out from the pillar over the circulation area welcomes the visitor into the space. Weaving her bespoke plastic strands into the pillar cladding has created a playful and tactile effect. A welcoming piece has also been created for the disabled entrance.
